We’re excited to guide your family through the process of starting services with ABA All-Stars! Below is a step-by-step breakdown to help you understand how to begin, what to expect, and how we support you every step of the way.
Step 1: Initial Consultation

During this consultation:

We will review all required documentation and guide you in obtaining any missing referrals, assessments, or paperwork necessary to initiate services.

Step 3: Individualized Treatment Plan

Using the information gathered during the assessment:

Our team will create a personalized treatment plan tailored to your child’s needs, goals, and preferences.

The plan will outline measurable objectives, specific intervention strategies, and a clear roadmap for progress.

Collaboration is key! We will review the treatment plan with you to ensure it aligns with your family’s priorities and values.
Step 5: Service Commencement
Once Step 4 is completed:

We will contact you to schedule services at your preferred location—whether in-home, in-school, or at our center.

A team of trained professionals will be matched to your family, ensuring the best fit for your child’s specific needs.

Services will begin with an emphasis on building rapport and creating a supportive and engaging environment for your child.
Step 2: Comprehensive Assessment

Once the required documents are gathered:

A Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) will schedule and conduct a detailed assessment to better understand your child’s strengths, challenges, and unique needs.

This assessment may include direct observation, interviews with family members, and standardized assessment tools.

Key areas of focus include behavior, communication, social skills, daily living skills, and academic readiness.
Step 4: Insurance Approval
Before services begin:

We submit the treatment plan to your insurance provider for approval. Our experienced team will handle the insurance process and keep you informed along the way.

If there are any issues or additional documentation required, we will work with you to resolve them promptly.
